PrimeLister has three tools, each with its own subscription and trial. When you sign up, all three trials start automatically.

### How the Trial Works

1. Create your free PrimeLister account at [app.primelister.com](https://app.primelister.com/).
2. Your 7-day trial begins immediately — **no credit card is needed to get started**.
3. All three tool trials run in parallel from your signup date.
4. When your trial ends, you can subscribe to the tools you want to keep using.

> ⚠️ **Pro-Tip:** You can check your trial status and expiry date anytime. Click the **Account** tab in the top navigation bar, then look under **Your Subscriptions**. Each tool shows its **Status**, **Quota Status**, and **Expires** date.

### What Happens When You Hit the Cross-Lister Limit

If you use all 100 cross-listing tasks before your trial ends, you'll see a **Quota Exceeded** error when attempting to start a new cross-listing task.

**This only affects the Cross-Lister tool.** Your Poshmark Automation and eBay Automation tools continue working normally.

### How to Remove the Limit and Keep Going

To continue cross-listing after reaching the 100-task limit, subscribe to the **Cross-Lister (Crosspost)** plan.

1. Click the **Account** tab in the top navigation bar.
2. Find the **Crosspost Subscription** card.
3. Click the **Subscribe Now** button.
4. Choose your preferred billing cycle (monthly or yearly — yearly saves 30%).
5. Complete checkout. Your limit is removed instantly.

> 💡 **Hint:** You can subscribe to each PrimeLister tool independently. You don't need to buy all three — only subscribe to what you use.

### What Happens to Your Data After the Trial Ends

**Nothing is deleted.** When your trial expires:

* All your imported inventory stays in your account.
* Your automation settings and task history are preserved.
* Your connected marketplace accounts remain linked.

You simply won't be able to run new tasks until you subscribe. Everything picks up right where you left off the moment you activate a plan.

### Frequently Asked Questions

**Do I need a credit card to start the free trial?** No. PrimeLister's free trial requires no credit card. You only need to enter payment details when you're ready to subscribe.

**Can I extend my trial?** We don't offer automatic extensions, but if you feel you didn't get a fair chance to try the product, contact us via **Live Chat** and we'll review your situation.

**Do the three tools share one trial, or do they each have their own?** Each tool has its own independent subscription and trial period. They all start on the same day (your signup date), but you can subscribe to them separately.

**I subscribed to one tool. Do the others stay on trial?** Yes. If you subscribe to Poshmark Automation only, for example, eBay Automation and Cross-Lister remain on trial until their expiry date — or until you subscribe to those separately.

**What counts as a "cross-listing task" for the trial limit?** Each item you successfully cross-list to a new marketplace counts as one task. Importing items to your inventory does not consume quota.
