# Inventory

Manage every item on the PrimeLister Crosslister Tool Inventory page: statuses, filters, Pending Review, Quick Edit, bulk actions and deleting items.

The Inventory page in PrimeLister Crosslister Tool is where you find, edit, crosslist and delete all your items. Each item is one row that shows every marketplace it is listed on. Open it at [**Inventory**](https://app.primelister.com/inventory).

## The page at a glance

* **All Listings**: the tab with your item count.
* **Pending Review**: items with a marketplace listing that needs your attention, for example a failed crosslist. See [Pending Review](#pending-review).
* **Auto-merged**: items Auto-Merge merged after your syncs. See [Auto-Merge and Merge Listings](/crosslister-tool/sync-and-import-listings.md#auto-merge-and-merge-listings).
* **Sync** and **Import**: bring in your listings. See [Sync and import listings](/crosslister-tool/sync-and-import-listings.md) and [Import listings](/crosslister-tool/sync-and-import-listings.md#import-listings).
* **Saved views**: pinned views show as tabs next to **All Listings**. The others are under **Views**. See [AI search and saved views](/crosslister-tool/ai-filter-and-saved-views.md).
* **New Listing**: creates a new item. See [AI listing](/crosslister-tool/create-a-listing-with-ai.md).
* **Settings** (gear icon): opens **Inventory Settings**. See [Inventory Settings](/crosslister-tool/inventory-settings.md).

## How to find items

### Search or describe it

Type a **product name, SKU or internal note** in the search box. Or describe it in plain words, like "active Poshmark listings under $60", and click **Filter with AI**. See [AI search and saved views](/crosslister-tool/ai-filter-and-saved-views.md).

### Status

Click **Status: All** and pick a status.

* **All**: every item.
* **Active**: live on at least one marketplace.
* **Ready**: has all required details but is not live anywhere yet, so you can crosslist it.
* **Sold**: sold on a marketplace.
* **Draft**: missing details.

### Filter

Click **Filter** to build your own. After an AI search, this button reads **Edit Filters**.

### Pick a Column

**Name**, **Status**, **Price**, **Marketplaces**, **Tags**, **Updated**, **SKU** or **Created At**.

**contains**, **equals**, **starts with**, **ends with**, **is empty**, **is not empty** or **is any of**.

### Enter the Value

Type the value to match.

### Add more rules

Click **+ Add filter**. Join rules with **And** (all must match) or **Or** (any can match).

## Columns

* **NAME**: photo and title.
* **STATUS**: **Active**, **Ready**, **Sold** or **Draft**.
* **PRICE**
* **MARKETPLACES**: an icon per marketplace and how many copies are live, for example "1 of 1 live".
* **TAGS**: click **Add tags** to add one.
* **UPDATED**: when the item last changed.

## Pending Review

The number on the **Pending Review** tab shows how many items are waiting for you.

### Find the failed marketplace

**MARKETPLACES READY** shows how many of the item's marketplaces failed, for example **1 failed**.

### Open the row

Click the arrow on the row to see each marketplace with its **LISTING** and **STATUS**.

### Quick Edit, then Retry

Hover the marketplace line, click **Quick Edit** to fix that listing, then click **Retry**.

## Work with one item

Hover over a row to see its quick actions.

* **Crosslist**: opens the **Cross-list** dialog. See [Crosslisting](/crosslister-tool/crosslisting.md).
* **Edit** (pencil): opens **Edit listing**. Saved changes go to every marketplace the item is on. See [Edit a listing](/crosslister-tool/edit-a-listing.md).
* **Delete** (trash): opens the **Delete** dialog. See [Delete items](#delete-items).
* **Edit Tags**: next to the tags.

### See every marketplace for an item

Click the arrow at the start of a row. You see one line per marketplace with the **LISTING** (title and price) and its **STATUS**: **Listed** or **Delisted**.

Hover a marketplace line to act on that one listing:

* **Quick Edit**: edits that copy only.
* **View Live**: opens a **Listed** copy on the marketplace.
* **Publish**: posts a **Delisted** copy again.

**Item already listed somewhere else?** Click **Add marketplace** under the marketplace lines and paste the listing link. PrimeLister links that listing to this item.

### Quick Edit

**Quick Edit** opens a side panel for one marketplace, for example "Depop · preview", with that marketplace's own fields. For Depop: photos, **Price**, **Condition**, **Description**, **Hashtags**, **Category**, **Brand**, **Color** and the listing link with **Open Link**.

Click **Save Changes**. A badge such as **4 Left** shows how many required fields are still missing.

**Quick Edit changes one marketplace's copy only.** To change the item everywhere at once, use **Edit** on the row.

## Work with many items

Tick the items. A bar with "N selected" appears at the bottom. Click **X** on the bar to clear your selection.

* **Cross-list**: posts the items to other marketplaces. See [Crosslisting](/crosslister-tool/crosslisting.md).
* **Re-list**: deletes the listings and posts them again as new.
* **Duplicate**: copies the items.
* **Delist**: takes the items off a marketplace.
* **Delete**: opens the **Delete** dialog. See [Delete items](#delete-items).
* **More Actions**:
  * **Add to a Tag** and **Remove Tag(s)**.
  * **Merge Listings**: turns copies Auto-Merge did not merge into one row. See [Auto-Merge and Merge Listings](/crosslister-tool/sync-and-import-listings.md#auto-merge-and-merge-listings).
  * **Mark as Listed**.
  * **Mark as Sold**: a pop-up asks if you want to delist the items from your other stores. Confirm to delist them. If you close it, your other listings stay open.

**Re-list removes likes.** The new listing starts from zero likes. Use it for listings that stopped getting attention.

## Delete items

Click **Delete** on a row, or select items and click **Delete**. The dialog lists the item's stores under **DELETE FROM**. Use **Select All** to pick them all. Stores that need attention first are under **Needs action**, for example "Login required" with a **Log In** button.

* **Delete from your marketplaces**: pick the stores under **DELETE FROM**.
* **Remove from PrimeLister inventory**: removes the item from PrimeLister only. Your marketplace listings are not affected.

The button reads **Please Select An Option** until you pick one. Click **Close** to leave without deleting.

**Know which delete you are doing.** Deleting from a marketplace removes the live listing and cannot be undone. To take an item off a marketplace for now, use **Delist**. **Remove from PrimeLister inventory** is permanent too, and PrimeLister stops tracking those listings, so [Auto Delisting](/crosslister-tool/auto-delisting.md) cannot delist them when they sell.

## View options

* **Rows per page** and the page arrows sit at the bottom of the list.
* **Condense Mode** at the bottom makes rows smaller.
* **Processing tasks** at the bottom right shows running tasks, such as a sync or a crosslist.
* **Refresh** and **fullscreen** sit next to the toolbar.
* **Quick start · new Inventory** at the bottom right has 4 short videos. Collapse it to a small **Quick start** button, or close it.

## FAQ

### What is the difference between Delist and Delete?

**Delist** takes an item off a marketplace for now. Deleting from a marketplace removes the live listing and cannot be undone.

### Does Re-list keep my likes?

No. Re-list posts the listing again as new, so it starts from zero likes. The new listing ID updates in your inventory automatically.

### Does Mark as Sold delist the item from my other stores?

Only if you confirm it. A pop-up asks if you want to delist the items from your other stores. If you close it, your other listings stay open.
