# Crosslisting

Crosslist items to Poshmark, eBay, Mercari, Depop, Etsy, Facebook Marketplace, Grailed and Shopify in one click with PrimeLister Crosslister Tool.

Crosslisting in PrimeLister Crosslister Tool copies an item from your inventory to your other marketplaces in one click. Pick the items, choose your stores, click **List On Shops** and check the results on the **Tasks** page.

## Before you crosslist

* **Your stores are connected** on [**My Shops**](https://app.primelister.com/my-shops). See [Connect your stores](/crosslister-tool/connect-your-stores.md).
* **You are logged in to your marketplaces in Chrome**: Poshmark, Mercari, Depop, Grailed, Facebook Marketplace and Etsy use your Chrome login.
* **Shipping Profiles show Configured**: every connected marketplace needs its shipping set up in **Inventory Settings**. See [Shipping Profiles](/crosslister-tool/inventory-settings.md#shipping-profiles).
* **The item has all required details**: items marked **Draft** are missing some. See [AI listing](/crosslister-tool/create-a-listing-with-ai.md).

### Select your items

On the [**Inventory**](https://app.primelister.com/inventory) page, tick the items. For one item, you can also hover its row and click the **Crosslist** icon.

### Click Cross-list

In the bar at the bottom, click **Cross-list**. The **Cross-list** dialog opens.

### Choose your stores under LIST TO

Pick your stores, or use **Select All** and **Clear All**. Stores that cannot take the listing yet are under **Needs action**. Click **Show** to see them:

* **Log In**: log in to that marketplace in Chrome, then try again.
* **Fix**: something must be set up first. On eBay, **Fix** opens **Inventory Settings** to pick a shipping policy.
* **Connect**: connect the store on [**My Shops**](https://app.primelister.com/my-shops).

### Click List On Shops

Click the button, for example **List On 1 Shop**. **Processing tasks** shows the progress. Tasks run in the background, so you can keep working.

### Messages you may see

* **Incomplete Draft Listing**: required fields are missing, for example **Brand** or **Size**. Click **OK**, open the item with **Edit**, fill them in, click **Save Changes** and crosslist again.
* **Login Required**: you are logged out of the marketplace the listing comes from. Log in to it in Chrome and refresh, or deselect those listings.

A failed crosslist also shows on the **Pending Review** tab of the Inventory page, with **Quick Edit** and **Retry**. See [Pending Review](/crosslister-tool/inventory.md#pending-review).

## Where crosslisting runs

You start every crosslist from Chrome on your computer. Then:

* **Poshmark (US, CA), eBay, Mercari, Depop, Shopify**: run in PrimeLister's cloud. Your computer can be off once the task starts.
* **Etsy, Facebook Marketplace, Grailed**: run in the PrimeLister Chrome extension. Keep Chrome open until they finish.

## Check the results on the Tasks page

Open [**Tasks**](https://app.primelister.com/tasks). **Ongoing** shows running tasks. **Completed** shows finished tasks with their **Type**, **Marketplace**, **Created At** and **Result** (**Succeeded** or **Failed**).

### Fix a failed task

### Check Error Details

Open the task's three-dot menu and click **Check Error Details**.

### Fix the cause

For the eBay return policy error in the picture, pick a **Return Policy** in [Inventory Settings](/crosslister-tool/inventory-settings.md#ebay-business-policies-and-package-details). For a logged-out marketplace, log in to it in Chrome.

The task runs again.

## FAQ

### Can I crosslist from my phone?

No. The PrimeLister mobile app creates drafts only. You crosslist them from Chrome on your computer.

### Why can't I pick a store in the Cross-list dialog?

It is under **Needs action**. Click **Log In**, **Fix** or **Connect** next to it, then try again.

### Why does a failed task have no marketplace link?

A failed crosslist creates no listing, so there is nothing to link to. Fix the cause and click **Retry**.

### Can each marketplace get a different price?

Yes, with [Pricing rules](/crosslister-tool/pricing-rules.md). Each marketplace can list higher or lower than your inventory price.
