How Do I Get Help?

There are multiple ways to reach out to PrimeLister for additional support.

Option 1: From the PrimeLister Drawer Menu

Follow the steps below:

1. Click on the Drawer Menu button which is on the right side of the screen.

2. Click on the blue question mark icon from the bottom of the menu.

3. Click on the Support button.

4. You will be redirected to our Live Chat.

Option 2: From the PrimeLister Inventory Panel

Follow the steps below:

1. Navigate to your Inventory Panel.

2. Click on the help bubble from the bottom of the menu.

3. Navigate to your Poshmark Closet page.
