# How to Resolve Issues When Credit Card Fails

**You can use PrimeLister's free trial without credit card information.**

You may not have allowed your credit card for online payments or abroad payments.

Stripe, the payment processor we use on PrimeLister, is a widely used and reliable payment service globally. It requires you to activate your credit card for online payments and abroad payments in order to complete your payment transaction through Stripe securely. You should enable these settings of your credit card before you proceed to the payment.

**There is not enough limit on your credit card.**

If you are using virtual cards on your payment, we recommend you define a limit above the amount of the transaction that you want to make.

**Your card was declined.**

If you get this message you need to activate your credit card for online payments and abroad payments in order to complete your payment transaction through Stripe securely. Note: Although it is dependent on location, in general Stripe accepts major cards including:

-VISA

-VISA Debit

-MasterCard

-Discover

-JCB

-American Express

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.primelister.com/account-and-subscription/how-to-resolve-issues-when-credit-card-fails.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
