Connection, task, listing, marketplace limit, extension and billing errors, each with the cause and the fix. Press **Ctrl + F** (or **Cmd + F**) and paste your error message to find why it happens and how to fix it. The exact error for any failed task is on the **Tasks** page, under **Completed**.

## Temporary marketplace errors These come from the marketplace (Poshmark, Mercari and others), not PrimeLister. They usually fix themselves, so try again later. * Account Connection Failed * An Exception Occurred * Something Went Wrong * Oops, an Error Has Occurred * Sorry, Please Try Again Later * Unable to Contact API / Unable to Process Your Request ### Your item could not be listed due to an error **Fix:** Log out of the marketplace, log back in and try again. If it keeps happening, list one item by hand on the marketplace. If that fails too, contact the marketplace's support. ## Connection and login

### Please Login to Marketplace Website **Why:** You are logged out of a marketplace that connects through the extension. **Fix:** Log in to the marketplace in Chrome, then click **Connect All** on [**My Shops**](https://app.primelister.com/my-shops). ### Account Blocked The marketplace account is already connected to another PrimeLister account, and each can be connected to only one. [Contact us](/help-center/contact-support.md) in live chat. ### Listing is not Available in Your Region Mercari works only from the United States. Connect from a US internet connection. ## Automation products ### Poshmark Automation #### Whoops! Please check your verification code and try again. The code does not match the one Poshmark sent. Enter the newest code from your phone exactly, or request one new code. Do not keep requesting codes: Poshmark limits how many it sends. See [The verification code does not arrive](/poshmark-automation/poshmark-troubleshooting.md#the-verification-code-does-not-arrive). #### Verification code has expired. The code was entered too late. Connect your closet again and enter the new code right away. #### This Poshmark account is already linked to another user **Why:** Your closet is connected to another PrimeLister account, for example an old one. **Fix:** [Chat with our team](/help-center/contact-support.md) to unlink it, then connect it again. #### Authentication failed **Why:** Poshmark did not accept the email or username and password. **Fix:** Log in to Poshmark with the same details. If that works, use exactly the same details in PrimeLister. If you sign in with Apple, Google or Facebook, set a Poshmark password first. See [Set a Poshmark password](/poshmark-automation/poshmark-troubleshooting.md#set-a-poshmark-password). #### Attention! Your Poshmark closet disconnected. Re-connect to continue using Poshmark Automation. **Why:** PrimeLister can no longer sign in to your closet, often after a Poshmark password change. **Fix:** Click **Re-Connect My Closet** and sign in again. Your settings are kept. ### Task errors on Poshmark #### This listing has an active offer **Why:** Listings with an active offer cannot be relisted. Your **Exclude listings with an active offer** setting keeps pending offers safe. **Fix:** No action needed. The item is skipped. #### This listing is not for sale. Therefore, the relist task could not be performed. No action needed. The listing is sold, reserved or not available, so it cannot be relisted. #### Privileges are limited pending account review Poshmark limited your closet. PrimeLister pauses its tasks until Poshmark lifts the limit. Contact Poshmark support. #### Your account has been temporarily suspended Poshmark suspended your closet. Tasks stop until Poshmark restores it. Contact Poshmark support. #### Sorry, you cannot currently perform this request **Why:** Poshmark is blocking this action for now, often after a lot of activity in a short time. Tasks pause and start again later. **Fix:** Keep your daily total under 12,000. #### Publish limit reached maximum **Why:** Poshmark is limiting how many listings your closet can post right now. **Fix:** No action needed. Relisting starts again when Poshmark lifts the limit. More Poshmark fixes are in [Poshmark troubleshooting](/poshmark-automation/poshmark-troubleshooting.md). ### eBay, Depop and Mercari Automation #### Failed to connect eBay shop. Please try again. **Why:** The eBay sign-in or approval did not finish. **Fix:** Click **Connect Shop** again, pick your eBay country and approve PrimeLister on eBay. See [eBay troubleshooting](/ebay-automation/ebay-troubleshooting.md). #### Attention! Your eBay shop disconnected. Re-connect to continue using eBay Automation. PrimeLister can no longer reach your eBay store. Reconnect on the [**Shops page**](https://app.primelister.com/automations/ebay/my-shops). #### To list on eBay, please set up shipping/return/payment policies. Your eBay account has no business policies yet. Create a shipping, return and payment policy on eBay. #### Complete your seller registration on eBay. **Fix:** Finish your seller registration on eBay, then connect again. #### Your magic link was already used **Why:** The Depop magic link was clicked or previewed before you pasted it. **Fix:** Click **Resend magic link** and copy the new link without opening it. See [Depop troubleshooting](/depop-automation/depop-troubleshooting.md). #### Please enter a valid Depop magic link URL You pasted something other than the full magic link. Copy the link of the **Log in to Depop** button again. #### Your Depop account has 2FA enabled but no SMS verification method is set up **Why:** Depop asks for a code that PrimeLister cannot receive. **Fix:** Turn off two-factor authentication on Depop, then connect again. Adding SMS does not help. 2FA must be off to connect. #### Your Depop session has expired Depop ended the session for security. Reconnect on the [**Shops page**](https://app.primelister.com/automations/depop/my-shops) with a new magic link. #### Your Mercari shop disconnected Mercari ended the session. If you added a passkey on Mercari, remove it first. Then connect again on [**My Shops**](https://app.primelister.com/automations/mercari/my-shops). See [Mercari troubleshooting](/mercari-automation/mercari-troubleshooting.md). #### Action needed on Mercari **Why:** Mercari needs you to verify your account or accept updated terms. **Fix:** Click **Open Mercari verifications**, finish it on Mercari, then click **Check again**. ## Tasks ### Timeouts These come from a slow or unstable connection, or a slow marketplace. **Task Timeout** means the task took more than 5 minutes. **Fix:** Try again. * Task Timeout * Capture Operation Timed Out * Delete Operation Timed Out * Form Was Not Loaded ### Task Was Executed Too Fast The same PrimeLister account is running tasks on more than one computer. Use one computer at a time. ## Listings ### Source Listing is not Found **Why:** The item was deleted, or relisted by hand before a scheduled relist. **Fix:** Make sure the item exists, and do not relist it by hand before the scheduled time. ### This listing has been sold, removed, or deleted PrimeLister needs the source listing to be active. Reactivate the listing on the marketplace and try again. ### Missing Configuration in Script **Why:** The marketplace added a new required field your older listing does not have. **Fix:** Edit the listing on the marketplace once, fill the missing field and save. ### Your Description Needs to be at Least 5 Words **Fix:** Write a description of at least 5 words. ### Category Missing or Deleted from Mercari Mercari removed the category you used. Edit the item's category on Mercari. ### Smart Pricing Floor Price Needs to be Between $X and $Y Mercari changed the smart pricing range. Update the smart price on Mercari. ### Re-list Action is Currently not Supported for Marketplace Relisting is not available on that marketplace yet. Crosslisting still works. ## Marketplace limits and account reviews ### Currently You are Limited to X Listings Mercari or eBay limits new sellers. Your limit grows with sales. PrimeLister shows the limit before crosslisting. ### As You Have Previously Violated Our Terms of Service **Why:** Mercari is reviewing your account after nonstop relisting. **Fix:** Contact Mercari support and lower how many items are relisted per hour. ### Your Account Has Been Temporarily Suspended **Why:** Mercari paused your account after fast, continuous relisting. **Fix:** Contact Mercari support and lower how many items are relisted per hour. ### Mercari Requires Credit Card Information Mercari needs a card on file to list. [Add a card on Mercari](https://www.mercari.com/mypage/card/) and try again. ## Extension ### Please Re-install PrimeLister Extension Your computer removed some extension files. [Reinstall the extension](/getting-started/chrome-extension.md). ### Cache Quota Exceeded **Why:** Chrome's storage is full. **Fix:** {% stepper %} {% step %} Right-click the page. {% endstep %} {% step %} Choose **Inspect**. {% endstep %} {% step %} Open **Application**. {% endstep %} {% step %} Click **Clear site data**. {% endstep %} {% step %} Log in to the marketplace again. {% endstep %} {% endstepper %} ## Billing and trial ### Quota Exceeded You used the 100 crosslisting tasks in your Crosslister Tool trial. Subscribe to Crosslister Tool. See [Free trial](/subscriptions/free-trial.md). ### Subscription Expired Your trial or subscription ended. Subscribe again. See [Subscribe and change your plan](/subscriptions/change-your-plan.md). Your data is kept. ### Upgrade Your Subscription: Action Required **Why:** On a free trial of an automation plan you can connect 1 store, or 1 closet for Poshmark. **Fix:** Click **Subscribe** and raise the number of stores or closets on your plan.
