# Listing is not Available in Your Region

Mercari can only be accessed from within the [United States.](https://www.mercari.com/us/help_center/article/593/)

If you are trying to connect from a different location, you will get this error while listing products. 

**How to resolve this error?** 

Use VPN or Proxy to get an IP connection where you can access [Mercari.com](https://www.mercari.com/) or contact [Mercari support](https://www.mercari.com/us/help_center/contact).
