Category Missing/Deleted from Mercari

First of all, we are very sorry that we could not solve this category problem. Mercari has deleted the categories you have previously submitted. We waited for a few days, but Mercari didn't do anything and asked you to update the category of all your postings.

We can automatically select your ads that have been deleted from all categories as Other-Other-Other (Category steps) and renew your ads without any errors. We are working on it. You have to update the categories of all the listings where you got this error. Unfortunately, there is no other solution.
