### 📱 How Can I Check My Current Subscription Fee?

If you're already a subscriber and want to verify exactly what you're being billed, look it up inside your account.

#### Option 1 — In the Mobile App (Easiest)

1. Open the **PrimeLister mobile app**.
2. Go to **Account** → **Subscription**.
3. You'll see every active plan, billing cycle, and the exact amount.

> 💡 Even if you only use the **Cross-lister Tool** on your desktop, you can still view its **subscription and billing info on the mobile app**. Only the *features* are desktop-only.

#### Option 2 — On the Web

1. Sign in at [**app.primelister.com**](https://app.primelister.com/).
2. Open your **Account** settings.
3. Your active subscriptions and prices are listed there.

### ❓ Common Pricing Questions

#### Why am I being charged twice (or more times)?

You're most likely subscribed to **more than one tool**. Each tool is billed separately. For example, Poshmark Automation + Cross-lister Tool = **two charges** ($25 + $49.99 monthly).

> ✅ Check your active subscriptions in the **mobile app** or **web app** to see exactly what you're paying for.

#### Does the Cross-lister Tool include Poshmark Automation, eBay Automation, or Depop Automation?

**No** — they are all **separate products**. The Cross-lister Tool handles **cross-posting** listings between marketplaces. The Automation tools (Poshmark, eBay, Depop) handle **automated actions inside those specific marketplaces** (sharing, relisting, offers, etc.).

If you want both cross-posting and automation, you need a subscription to **each tool** you want to use.

#### Can I connect more than one Depop store with Depop Automation?

The **base Depop Automation plan supports 1 Depop store**. To connect multiple Depop stores, you'll need to **upgrade your subscription**. Check the in-app pricing page for multi-store tiers.

#### Can I apply a discount code to a yearly (annual) plan?

**No** — discount codes only work on **monthly plans**. Yearly plans are already discounted compared to paying monthly, so coupons can't be applied on top.

> 💡 If you're on a yearly plan, you're already getting the best price.

#### What does "X closets" or "2 closets" mean?

**"Closets" = Poshmark accounts.** For example, *"2 closets"* in a Poshmark Automation plan means you can run automation on 2 different Poshmark accounts.

> ⚠️ It does **not** mean other marketplaces — eBay, Depop, Mercari, Grailed, etc. are handled by their own dedicated plans (Depop Automation, eBay Automation, Cross-lister Tool).

#### Will I be charged automatically when my free trial ends?

**No.** When your 7-day free trial expires, your access simply pauses — **we do not charge your card automatically**. You will only be billed if you actively choose to start a paid subscription.

#### There's an "international transaction fee" on my bank statement — did PrimeLister charge me extra?

**No.** That fee is charged by **your bank or credit card issuer**, not by PrimeLister. Some banks add a percentage fee for transactions processed in another country.

> ⚠️ PrimeLister cannot refund a fee that goes to your bank. Please contact your card issuer if you have questions about it.
