# Mercari Requires a Credit Card Information, Please Add Credit Card Information

Error is given when you have no credit card information on [Mercari.com](https://www.mercari.com/). You cannot list your items on [Mercari.com](https://www.mercari.com/) unless you added your credit card information on file.

Try again after you add your credit card information to Mercari using the following link: <https://www.mercari.com/mypage/card/>&#x20;
