How to Add Tags and Groups to Your Listings

Tags and Groups help to organize inventory better by segmenting and categorizing items. You can use tags to search details like size or shipping type. You can use groups to post listings in bulk.

1. Go to your Inventory Panel and click on the Edit icon underneath the Actions column.

2. Choose/add the desired Tags and Groups.

3. Click on the Save Changes button to save the changes.

Add Tags and Groups to Listings in Bulk

You can simply add Tags and Groups in bulk via the Inventory page.

How to Add Tags in Bulk:

1. Go to your Inventory Panel and select the items that you want to assign the tags and groups.

2. Click on the X items selected button.

3. Choose the Add to Tag from the dropdown menu.

4. In the popup you see, select the tag you want to add to the listings from the dropdown menu.

5. Click on the Add Tag to Listings button and this will assign the tags to your chosen listings in bulk.

How to Add Groups in Bulk:

1. Go to your Inventory Panel and select the items that you want to assign the tags and groups.

2. Click on the X items selected button.

3. Choose the Add to Group from the dropdown menu.

4. In the popup you see, select the group you want to add to the listings from the dropdown menu.

5. Click on the Add Listings to group button and this will assign the group to your chosen listings in bulk.
