# Contact support

How to reach PrimeLister support: live chat with our team, report a bug with a screen recording or book a Zoom call.

Need help with your account, tasks, billing or a refund? Reach our team in any of the ways below.

## Report a bug with a screen recording

### Open Help

In the PrimeLister app, click **Help** at the top right.

### Click Report Bug

Click **Report Bug**. A screen recording page opens.

### Start recording

Click **Start recording screen**, choose **Entire Screen** and show us the problem.

### Stop the recording

Stop the recording. The video is sent to our team privately and we get back to you.

## Book a Zoom call

Open the [booking page](https://calendar.app.google/wV5HpasvywpyQNgt7) and pick a time for a 30-minute video support call. Times are shown in your local time zone. We send you the Zoom meeting link in live chat before the call, and the booking confirmation by email.

## What to share when you contact us

To get a faster answer, share:

* **Account email**: the email of your PrimeLister account.
* **Product**: for example Poshmark Automation.
* **Item link**: the link to the listing.
* **Marketplace**: where the item is listed.
* **Error message**: the exact error, if you see one. [Error messages](/help-center/error-messages.md) explains the most common ones and how to fix them.
