How Do I Make a Video Call With Your Support Team?

1. Open your PrimeLister dashboard and start a chat with us or resume an existing chat.

2. You will receive a video chat call request directly in your browser, which you can accept.

3. Please accept the request.

4. Click on the button on the right side to start sharing your screen.

5. Allow the required permissions.

6. Click on the 'Entire Screen' tab.

7. Select your display and click on the 'Share' button.

8. You can also make it full-screen by using a double-click on the video.
