The Enhance Listing feature lets users optimize Poshmark listings by fixing missing or weak details like colors, brands, style tags, description, or titles to boost search visibility.

We're thrilled to introduce Poshmark Custom Tasks: Bulk Listing Actions, with a spotlight on our new Enhance Listing feature.

The Enhance Listing feature empowers Poshmark automation users to optimize their listings for maximum search visibility and sales potential. This powerful tool identifies listings needing improvement—such as missing colors, brands, style tags, weak titles, or incomplete descriptions—and allows you to enhance them in bulk with just a few clicks. By addressing these issues, Enhance Listing boosts your items' search quality, making them more discoverable to buyers on Poshmark. Save time, streamline your workflow, and watch your closet shine! ✨

Step 1: Navigate to the Poshmark Automation Page

1. Log in to your PrimeLister dashboard.

2. Go to the Poshmark Automation section.

3. Click the Listings tab to view all your Poshmark items.

💡 If your listings take a moment to load, refresh the page. Large inventories may need a few seconds! 🔄

Step 2: Open Filters

1. On the Listings page, find the Filters button in the top-right corner.

2. Click it to reveal the filter options.

💡 Filters help you zero in on listings that need attention, saving you time! 🎯

Step 3: Apply the 'Needs Enhancement' Filter

1. In the filters menu, scroll to the Needs Enhancement option.

2. Check the box or toggle it on.

3. Click Apply Filters at the bottom.

💡 Currently updates Colors, Brand, and Style tags with AI. Title and description enhancements coming soon. PrimeLister will analyze your listings and display those needing improvements, such as:

• Short or vague titles

• Incomplete or weak descriptions

• Unselected colors, tags, or brands ⚠️

• Other missing details affecting search performance

Flagged listings will show a "Needs Enhancement" badge with details on the issues.

Step 4: Select Listings for Enhancement

1. Review the filtered list of items needing enhancement.

2. Check the boxes next to the listings you want to improve (or select all for bulk actions).

Step 5: Create a Task

1. With your items selected, click the Create Task button (usually at the top or bottom of the listings table).

This queues your listings for the enhancement process, ensuring smooth and safe automation. 💡 Tasks are perfect for batch processing and can be scheduled for recurring optimization in settings! ⏰

Step 6: Enhance Your Listings

1. In the task interface, click the Enhance Listing button.

The automation will update your listings on Poshmark, improving their search quality instantly.

Step 7: Track Progress on the Activity Page

1. Navigate to the Activity page.

2. Monitor your task’s status – look for "In Progress," "Completed," or any errors.

3. Refresh for real-time updates.

Once complete, your listings will be optimized, with higher search visibility on Poshmark.
