# Poshmark Custom Tasks

Bulk update prices, send offers, relist or enhance the Poshmark listings you pick, now or on a schedule, with Poshmark Automation Custom Tasks.

Custom Tasks run a one-off bulk action on the Poshmark listings you pick, now or on a schedule. Use them for a price drop before a sale, offers on slow items or a quick relist, without changing your automations.

* **Update Price**: drops or raises the price of the selected listings by a percentage or an amount.
* **Send Offer**: sends an offer to the likers of the selected listings.
* **Re-list**: relists the selected listings as new listings.
* **Enhance Listing**: fills in the brand, up to 2 colors and up to 3 style tags with AI. Never changes your title or description.

## Create a task

### Open Listings

Go to the [**My Listings page**](https://app.primelister.com/automations/poshmark/my-listings) in Poshmark Automation. Use **Search in your closet**, **Filters** and **Sort By** to find the items you want. See [Find the right listings](#find-the-right-listings).

### Select listings

Tick the box on each listing. The bar at the bottom shows how many **listings selected**. Click **Select All** to pick every listing that matches your search and filters. Click the **X** on the bar to clear your selection.

### Click Create New Task

Under **Create new task**, pick **Update Price**, **Send Offer**, **Re-list** or **Enhance Listing**.

### Set the options and run

Fill in the form and click the button at the bottom, for example **Update Price(s)**. Turn on **Schedule** to run it later instead of now.

### Track it

Open [**Activity**](https://app.primelister.com/automations/poshmark/activity). Running and scheduled tasks are on the **Ongoing** tab. Finished ones are on **Completed**, where you can filter by **Custom Price Update**, **Custom Offer to Likers**, **Custom Re-list** or **Custom Enhance Listing**.

## Find the right listings

Click **Filters** on My Listings, pick what you need and click **Apply Filters**.

* **Category**: **All Categories**, **Women**, **Men**, **Kids**, **Home**, **Pets**, **Electronics** and their subcategories.
* **Availability**: **All**, **Available**, **Dropping Soon** or **Sold**.
* **Offer Status**: **All**, **Has Offers** or **No Offers**.
* **Listing Quality**: **All** or **Needs Enhancement**. PrimeLister flags listings with missing or incomplete fields.
* **Condition**: **All**, **New With Tags**, **Like New**, **Good** or **Fair**.
* **Listing Age (Days)**: **Min** and **Max** days.
* **Number of Likes**: **Min** and **Max** likes.
* **Price**: **Min** and **Max** price.

**Sort By** puts your listings in order: **Just Shared**, **Newest First**, **Oldest First**, **Most Liked**, **Price: High to Low**, **Price: Low to High** or **Recently Reduced**.

Each listing card shows the price, likes, comments and how many days it has been listed, so you can spot slow items.

**Combine filters with Select All.** For example, filter **Listing Age (Days)** to 60 or more and **Number of Likes** to 3 or more, click **Select All**, then send an offer to those likers.

## Update Price

* **Price Update Type**: **Drop Price** or **Increase Price**.
* **Price Update Method**: change the price by **Percentage (%)** or **Amount ($)**.
* **Price Update Value**: how much to change the price by.
* **Schedule**: run the task at a date and time you pick instead of now.

Click **Update Price(s)** to run. When you drop a price by at least 10%, Poshmark notifies everyone who liked the listing.

**Raising a price back after a sale.** A 10% raise does not undo a 10% drop. A $50 item dropped 10% becomes $45, and $45 raised 10% is only $49.50. Raise by about 11% to get back to $50.

## Send Offer

Sends an offer to the people who liked the selected listings.

* **Discount Percentage**: how much off the listing price the offer is.
* **Shipping Offer**: **Original Shipping Cost**, **No Discount**, **$4.99** or **Free**.
* **Check Minimum Net Earnings**: sends the offer only when the discounted price still earns you enough.
* **Earning Type**: set the minimum as an **Amount ($)** or a **Percentage (%)** of the original listing price.
* **Min. Threshold**: your minimum net earning.
* **Schedule**: send the offers at a date and time you pick.

Click **Send Offer(s)** to run.

## Re-list

Relists the selected listings as new listings. You can relist an item at any age. Turn on **Schedule** to run it later, then click **Re-list**.

**Re-list removes likes.** A relisted item is a brand new listing, so likes and comments start from zero. Just In placement is decided by Poshmark with its own internal date: an exact copy of an item listed in the last 60 days may not show under **Just In**. ## Enhance Listing

Fills in the **Brand**, up to 2 **Colors** and up to 3 **Style tags** of the selected listings with AI, so they show up in more Poshmark searches and filters. It does not change your title or description. Click **Enhance Listing(s)** to run.

**Find listings to enhance.** Under **Filters**, set **Listing Quality** to **Needs Enhancement**, click **Select All**, then run **Enhance Listing**.

## Schedule a task

Every task except Enhance Listing can run later. Use it to drop prices right before a Posh Party or Closet Clear Out.

### Turn on Schedule

In the task form, switch on **Schedule**.

### Pick the start time

Click **Start Date & Time** and pick a day, an hour and minutes (in 5-minute steps) and **AM** or **PM**.

### Click Okay and run the task

Click **Okay**, then run the task. It waits on **Activity > Ongoing** until its start time.
