📱 Mobile Device Compatibility: Automate Anywhere, Anytime!

We're thrilled to announce that our cloud-based Depop Automation Tool is compatible across all devices—be it a smartphone, tablet, or computer. There's no need to install any applications; simply log in to the PrimeLister site, connect your Depop store, and set your automation preferences. Once that's done, all the hard work is carried out in the cloud, freeing you from the need to use your mobile phone for automation tasks.

Step 1: Connect your Depop Store 🔗

First things first, let's get your store connected.

Navigate to the Depop Automation page from your PrimeLister dashboard.

Connect your Depop store. To begin, you'll need to connect your Depop store account to the Depop Automation Tool. To do this, simply enter your Depop account credentials (username/email and magic link) into the tool.

⚠️ Important Magic Link Instructions:

Make sure to copy the link without opening it. If you accidentally click on it or “preview” it, the link will no longer be usable and you’ll need to request a new one.

Here’s how to copy the link:

  • On a Computer: Right-click the “Log in” button in your email and select “Copy Link”. If you accidentally click on it, you’ll need to start over.

  • On a Mobile Device: Long press the button and select “Copy Link”. If your device shows you a “preview”, this unintentionally opens the link, so you’ll need to hide the preview and start over.

Step 2: Enable and Customize Automations 🛠️

Once your store is connected, you can enable and customize the automations to fit your strategy.

  • Relist Automation 🔄: Automatically relist your items to keep them at the top of search results and follower feeds. You can set the frequency and criteria for which items get "bumped," ensuring maximum visibility for your inventory without any manual effort.

  • Offer to Likers Automation 💸: Automatically send customized offers to users who have liked your items. This proactive engagement helps convert interested shoppers into buyers, increasing your sales velocity around the clock.

Step 3: View Activity Page 📊

On the application's Activity Page, you can track the tasks executed by the enabled automations. Here, you will see an overview of activities completed within the last 24 hours. This includes your account avatar, the name of the listing or user related to the activity, the type of automation, the name of your Depop store, and the date-time of the activity.

Your trust and account security are our top priorities. To connect your store, we use Depop's secure magic link system, which means you never need to share your password with us.

This password-less method creates a secure, authorized connection directly with Depop without exposing your sensitive credentials. This connection is used strictly for the automation tasks you enable, and we assure you that the safety of your account is paramount in our design.
