How to Connect Your eBay Store & Manage Multiple Accounts

🌍 How to Connect to a Specific eBay Country
Connecting directly to your country's eBay site fixes bugs and makes your listings more accurate. You can do this from two places:
Option 1: From the eBay Shops Page
Go to the eBay Shops page.
Click the Connect eBay Shop button.
In the new window, use the dropdown menu to select your eBay country (e.g., United States - ebay.com, United Kingdom - ebay.co.uk).
You will be sent to the official eBay site to sign in and grant access.
Once done, you'll be redirected back to Primelister, and your shop will be connected!
Option 2: From the Crosslist My Shops Page
Go to the Crosslist My Shops page.
Find the eBay section and click Connect.
Select your eBay country from the dropdown menu.
Sign in to eBay and grant access to connect your shop.
🔄 How to Switch Between Multiple eBay Accounts
If you have more than one eBay shop, you can easily switch between them. This feature is available on the Crosslist My Shops page.

Go to the Crosslist My Shops page.
In the eBay section, you will see all your connected accounts. One will be marked as (Default).
To change this, simply click the Switch account button next to the shop you want to use.
The page will refresh instantly, and the (Default) tag will move to the account you selected. It's that simple!
💡 Important Things to Know
The (Default) Account is Your Active Shop: The account marked as (Default) controls everything. The products you see in the import table belong to that shop, and all actions (publishing, delisting, updating) will be performed through that account.
⚠️ Always Check Your Default Account: Before you publish or delist items, always double-check which account is set as your (Default) to avoid making changes to the wrong shop.
Reconnect for Better Performance: If you connected your eBay account before this update, we highly recommend you reconnect it by selecting your specific country site. This will give you a more stable and reliable connection. Your existing listings will not be affected.
