Unable to Access Your Depop Account

"Unable to access your Depop account. Your session may have expired. Please reconnect your account."

This error appears when the connection between your Depop account and Primelister has been disconnected. This means Primelister can no longer access your Depop account to perform crosslisting operations.


❓ What causes this error?

This error occurs when your Depop account connection has expired or been disconnected from Primelister's My Shops page.

Account connections can expire due to:

  • πŸ” Security timeouts

  • πŸ”‘ Password changes on Depop

  • πŸ”„ Platform updates


πŸ› οΈ How to resolve this error?

To fix this error, you need to reconnect your Depop account:

1️⃣ Go to My Shops page

Navigate to: πŸ‘‰ https://app.primelister.com/my-shops


2️⃣ Reconnect your Depop account

On the My Shops page, click the "Connect All" button to refresh all your marketplace connections, including Depop.


3️⃣ Retry your crosslisting

After successfully reconnecting your Depop account, try to crosslist your product again. The operation should now complete successfully.


❗ Important

If you continue to experience connection issues after clicking "Connect All", try disconnecting and reconnecting your Depop account individually from the My Shops page.
