If you see the error message below, PrimeLister cannot access the item you are trying to process.

#### 🔍 The Issue

PrimeLister requires the Source Item to be Active to pull photos and data. We cannot cross-list, relist, or duplicate items that have been:

* Sold 💰
* Deleted 🗑️

#### ✅ How to Fix It

1. Check the Source: Go to the marketplace where the item is hosted (Poshmark, eBay, etc.).
2. Verify Status: Ensure the listing is currently Active and public.
3. Reactivate if Needed: If the item was sold or deleted, you must reactivate it on the source site before PrimeLister can use it.
