# eBay Policy Errors

If you are trying to cross-list to eBay and receive an error message like the one below, it means your eBay Business Policies are incomplete or invalid.

> Error Message:

> Error occurred on eBay API: You've provided an invalid shipping policy., You've provided an invalid return policy... Please add at least one valid shipping service option to your listing.

#### ✅ How to Fix It

This error occurs because eBay requires valid Shipping and Return policies to accept a listing. Follow these steps to resolve it:

1. Go to eBay Business Policies Navigate to the eBay management page here: <https://www.ebay.com/bp/manage>
2. Update Your Policies
   * Shipping Policy 📦: Open your shipping policy and ensure you have added at least one valid shipping service (e.g., USPS, UPS).
   * Return Policy ↩️: Check your return policy to ensure the return options are valid and not missing information.
3. Retry in PrimeLister 🔄

   Once you have saved your changes on eBay, go back to PrimeLister and try cross-listing your item again.<br>
