# Supported marketplaces

The 9 marketplaces Crosslister Tool works with: how each one connects, where crosslisting runs, Sync, Import and Auto Delist support, and marketplace rules.

Crosslister Tool works with **9 marketplaces**: Poshmark (US, CA), eBay, Mercari, Depop, Etsy, Facebook Marketplace, Grailed, Shopify and Whatnot. Poshmark (US) and Poshmark (CA) connect as two separate closets, so you see **10 rows** on the [**My Shops page**](https://app.primelister.com/my-shops).

## How each marketplace connects

* **Runs in the PrimeLister cloud**: Poshmark (US), Poshmark (CA), eBay, Shopify, Mercari, Depop and Whatnot. Your computer can be off once the task starts.
* **Runs in the Chrome extension**: Etsy, Grailed and Facebook Marketplace. Keep Chrome open until the tasks finish.
* **Official API**: eBay and Shopify connect through the marketplace's API.
* **Account login**: Whatnot connects with your Whatnot email and password, entered on My Shops, plus a text code if Whatnot sends one.
* **Extension**: all other marketplaces use your login in Chrome.

## What each marketplace supports

* **Sync, Import and Auto Delist**: Poshmark (US, CA), eBay, Mercari, Depop, Shopify, Etsy and Whatnot.
* **Grailed**: Sync and Import. Auto Delist is coming soon.
* **Facebook Marketplace**: Import only, no Sync. Auto Delist is coming soon.

## What the terms mean

* **Connection**: **Official API** connects through the marketplace's API. **Account login** signs in to the marketplace inside PrimeLister. **Extension** uses your login in Chrome. See [Connect your stores](/crosslister-tool/connect-your-stores.md).
* **Sync and Import**: **Sync** brings in all your active listings, and **Import** lets you pick listings from one marketplace. See [Sync and import listings](/crosslister-tool/sync-and-import-listings.md).
* **Auto Delist**: whether a sale there is detected and its copies are delisted on your other stores. See [Auto Delisting](/crosslister-tool/auto-delisting.md).

## Marketplace rules

* **Poshmark**: Poshmark (US) and Poshmark (CA) are separate closets, and you can connect both.
* **eBay**: PrimeLister checks your remaining eBay listing limit before crosslisting. Shipping, return and payment policies come from your eBay account, so set them up on eBay first, then select them in [Inventory Settings](/crosslister-tool/inventory-settings.md#ebay-business-policies-and-package-details). You can connect more than one eBay account with **Add eBay account** on **My Shops** and pick the default with **Switch Account**.
* **Mercari**: needs a card on file before you can list, and works only from the United States. If Mercari limits how many items you can list, PrimeLister shows it before you crosslist.
* **Depop**: set up your **return address** and **Depop Payments** in the Depop app before crosslisting. Check photos, size and condition after crosslisting. This connection is separate from Depop Automation.
* **Shopify**: connects through the official API. Enter your store domain on **My Shops** and authorize PrimeLister on Shopify. See [Connect Shopify](/crosslister-tool/connect-your-stores.md#connect-shopify).
* **Whatnot**: create a shipping profile on Whatnot first, then pick it in [Inventory Settings](/crosslister-tool/inventory-settings.md#shipping-profiles). Items list as Buy Now listings. A Whatnot listing with more than 1 in stock is not delisted automatically, so update it yourself. See [Crosslist to Whatnot](/crosslister-tool/crosslisting/crosslist-to-whatnot.md).
* **Grailed**: Auto Delist is not supported yet (coming soon). When an item sells on Grailed, delist its other copies yourself, and delist the Grailed copy when it sells elsewhere.
* **Facebook Marketplace**: **Sync** is not available, so use **Import** to bring in your listings. Auto Delist is not supported yet (coming soon), so delist sold items yourself.

**Relisting keeps links working.** When PrimeLister relists an item, the new listing ID is updated in your inventory automatically, so links and Auto Delist keep working.
