# Auto Sync

Turn on Auto Sync in PrimeLister Crosslister Tool. Once a day it checks your marketplaces, brings new listings into your inventory and marks sold items Sold.

Auto Sync in PrimeLister Crosslister Tool checks your connected marketplaces once a day, brings new listings into your inventory and marks sold items **Sold**. You no longer need to click **Sync** to keep your inventory up to date.

## Where to find it

On the [**Inventory**](https://app.primelister.com/inventory) page, click **Settings** (the gear at the top right). In **Inventory Settings**, click the **Auto Sync** tab.

## How it works

* **Runs every day**: there is no schedule to set.
* **Brings in new listings**: listings you created directly on a marketplace are imported, ready to crosslist.
* **Marks sold items Sold**: even a sale missed earlier. Sold items stay out of bulk crosslisting.
* **Works with Auto Delist**: with [Auto Delist](/crosslister-tool/auto-delisting.md) on, a new sale also removes the item's other copies.

Auto Sync works on Poshmark (US), Poshmark (CA), Depop, Mercari, eBay (US), Shopify and Whatnot.

### Switch on SYNC

Switch on **SYNC** for each connected marketplace. You see **Settings updated successfully**. Changes save instantly.

### Check LAST SYNCED

**LAST SYNCED** shows when the latest run finished for each marketplace.

A marketplace marked **Not connected** has a **Connect** link. Connect it first, then switch on its **SYNC**.

## What you need

* A marketplace connected on [**My Shops**](https://app.primelister.com/my-shops)
* An active Crosslister Tool plan
* **SYNC** switched on for that marketplace

## Frequently asked questions

### Can I pick the time Auto Sync runs?

No. It runs once a day and PrimeLister spreads the runs out automatically.

### Can I still sync myself?

Yes. Click **Sync** on the Inventory page any time. See [Sync and import listings](/crosslister-tool/sync-and-import-listings.md).

### Does Auto Sync delete my listings?

No. It brings new listings in and updates statuses. Delisting other copies of a sold item is done by Auto Delist, when it is on.

### Why is the SYNC switch greyed out?

That marketplace is **Not connected**. Click **Connect**, connect it on My Shops, then switch on **SYNC**.
