# Auto Delisting
Auto Delisting in PrimeLister Crosslister Tool removes a sold item from your other stores, down to the exact size. Turn it on per store on My Shops.
Auto Delisting in PrimeLister Crosslister Tool removes a sold item from your other connected stores, so nothing sells twice. For multi-quantity items it reduces **only the size that sold**.
How Auto Delist works
## Set up Auto Delist
Auto Delist works on one store or closet per marketplace. **Poshmark (US)** and **Poshmark (CA)** count as separate marketplaces. With several eBay accounts, it works on the default account you pick with **Switch Account**.

### Turn on Auto Delist
On [**My Shops**](https://app.primelister.com/my-shops), switch on **AUTO DELIST** next to each connected store. You see "Settings updated successfully". The toggle is greyed out while a store is **Unconnected**.

### Merge copies into one inventory row
Copies are delisted together only when they are one row in your inventory. Auto-Merge does this after each sync. For copies it did not merge, use **Merge Listings**. See [Auto-Merge and Merge Listings](/crosslister-tool/sync-and-import-listings.md#auto-merge-and-merge-listings).

### Check your sales on the Orders page
Open [**Orders**](https://app.primelister.com/orders) to see each sale and its linked inventory item. See [The Orders page](#the-orders-page).

**Keep your connections healthy.** A store showing **Unconnected** or **Connection Error** on My Shops cannot detect sales or delist copies. Click **Reconnect** (or **Connect**). For marketplaces that connect through Chrome, log in to the marketplace in Chrome first.

**Pair it with Auto Sync.** [Auto Sync](/crosslister-tool/auto-sync.md) marks sold items **Sold** once a day. With Auto Delist on, the item's other listings then come down.

## Supported marketplaces
Auto Delist support by marketplace
Auto Delist detects sales and delists copies on **Poshmark (US, CA)**, **eBay**, **Mercari**, **Depop**, **Etsy**, **Shopify** and **Whatnot**. **Grailed** and **Facebook Marketplace** are coming soon.

## Multi-quantity items
On **Poshmark (US, CA)**, **Depop** and **eBay**, PrimeLister reduces only the size that sold. For example, after a size M sale:
* **Size M**: 3 becomes 2
* **Size S**: 2 stays 2
* **Size L**: 1 stays 1
On other marketplaces, including Whatnot, multi-quantity items are marked **Action Required** so you can update them yourself.
## The Orders page
The [**Orders**](https://app.primelister.com/orders) page lists every sale with its image, name, price, **Marketplace** and **Sold On** date. Search for a sale, click **Refresh** to load new ones, and expand an order to see its linked inventory item.

## FAQ
### Does PrimeLister delist sold items automatically?
Yes, when **AUTO DELIST** is on for your stores. A sale on one store delists the item's copies on your other connected stores.
### Why did I see "There is nothing in your inventory related to this order."?
The sale is not linked to an item in your inventory, so there were no copies to delist. Make sure the item is in your inventory and its copies are merged into one row.
### Does Auto Delist work on Grailed and Facebook Marketplace?
Not yet, it is coming soon. The toggle there says "This marketplace is not supported yet (coming soon)", so delist those copies yourself for now.
### Does relisting break Auto Delisting?
No. When PrimeLister relists an item, the new listing ID updates in your inventory automatically.
